Shashi Dayal has 13 years of experience in managing Real Estate Investments. Her focus has been on the acquisition, management, and sale of single family, multifamily, and office investments, providing annualized double digit returns to investors.
Key Investing Experience:
- Experience in investing in stabilized multi-family housing and office building assets, providing fixed returns to investors
- Investments in multi-family housing that may be in partial distress or have opportunity to be repositioned
- Buy and hold investments in single family homes (starting in 2009), with material gains to investors over 5-6 year holding period
- Short term investments in single family homes, which require rehabs. Returns to investors in double digits
